The BankPlus Amphitheater recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and is proud to have met or exceeded the requirements of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
We’re happy to provide a range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure your safety and comfort, so you can enjoy all our events and facilities.
Parking
Accessible parking is located in Lot B, entering from Getwell Road. Spaces are available on a first come first served basis for patrons with valid accessible tags. Guests should arrive early to ensure space availability and to allow time to reach their seats prior to the start of the show.
Venue Gates
All venue gates are accessible for our guests with disabilities. All walkways to and from the gates to the seating areas are paved.
Seating
Accessible seating is available to purchase in all price levels/seating areas for each event.
Tickets for the accessible seats go on sale at the same time as all other tickets go on sale for an event and are available at Ticketmaster.com. First come, first-served basis.
Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are available throughout the venue.

Service Animals
Pets are not allowed at any event unless otherwise specified on the event page.
Service animals are permitted in the amphitheater. Each service animal must remain with its owner and be restrained. If a service animal interferes with other guests, corrective action may be re-arranging seating or removal of the service animal from the amphitheater.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs are not service animals as defined by the 2010 ADA Guidelines and are NOT allowed.
Wheelchairs
Guests must bring their own wheelchairs.

All concessions and merchandise windows located within BankPlus Amphitheater are accessible.
